Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in one or more technical areas. Duties include analytic work in support of systems engineering or planning activities, including the development of preliminary and detailed functional analysis required for R&D programs. May provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel.
